October 17, 2019Delegates to the 2019 Florida State Democratic Convention included residents from Bryceville, Yulee, and Fernandina Beach. Delegates heard from national leaders, met in working caucus groups, and voted on resolutions for the upcoming party platform.
I find the juxtaposition of the “YMCA wellness tip – laughter: a way of healthy living” under the photo of the Democrat Convention delegates photo appropriate.

I find it frustrating, but not surprising, that Dave Scott’s screed can’t be logged under an article entitled “Bigot’s Babbling.” Those folks pictured were American citizens participating in honouring our democratic process. It didn’t deserve puerile commentary. If there was a joke implied in Scott’s commentary, it fell flat and wide of its intended mark. Ha? Ha?
