ART FOR TOTS: LET’S CIRCLE UP!

Ages 24-36 months with an adult
This class is for children 24-36 months and an accompanying adult. The program is designed to help develop a child’s sensory and motor skills through art, movement, music, and storytelling and takes place in the galleries, garden, and studios. In this class, children will view Sea of the Ear Rings by Takashi Soga and attempt to create circles with their bodies and friends, possibly seeking to defy gravity as Soga does in his work. Back in the studio, they will create works of art inspired by this unique sculptor. Art for Tots is funded through the generosity of the Chartrand Family Foundation.
