Naturally Nassau is a new website that was developed due to the increased demand and interest in natural, organic, healthy, and sustainable living in Nassau County.  The website is a one stop shop for information on a variety of topics.

According to site developer and Nassau County resident Adrienne Burke, Naturally Nassau is a “clearinghouse for information” focusing on what is available in our community for those interested in healthy and sustainable living. There is information on living an “active life, dining, shopping, farmers markets, local food, health, recycling and cleanups.” Posts will alert readers to upcoming activities and events available in our area.

For individuals interested in providing information or recommending improvements to the site,  please email [email protected]

Nassau Sierra Club announces the publication of their new website http://www.NassauSierra.org. The site developed by Amelia Educational Services Inc 415-0712 features a content management system (CMS) allowing for timely and complete postings of upcoming events. It features full descriptions of monthly Program Presentations as well as a complete guide to Outings; outdoor activities that range over the spectrum of age and difficulty.
There are also articles concerning environmental issues that affect Nassau County, as well as links to State and National Environmental stories. The site is completely searchable by keywords so that content of any type can be easily located including all archived material.
Nassau Sierra Club urges all residents to drop by the website and see what activities and programs presentations may be of interest to them. Nassau Sierra Club does not charge for any of their activities.
