Do you have a life-based story you want to share but don’t know where to start? Do you desire to preserve your family’s stories for future generations? Do you dream that one day you might take the stories that live in your heart and mind and move them onto the page?

If you answered yes to any of these questions, the Write Your Life Story Workshop might be just the nudge you need to take that important first step. Or maybe you’ve already begun writing your story—once, twice, maybe ten times—and now, you’re stuck. Don’t feel bad. It happens to everyone. Maybe, you’ve never had a thought about writing your life story, but it suddenly sounds like a good idea.

Join me, Monday, August 14th from10:30 a.m. until 12:30 p.m. at The Book Loft, 214 Centre Street in Fernandina Beach on Amelia Island. There I will show you how to write the life story you want to tell. During our time together, you’ll discover ways to retrieve memories, organize your stories, put your experiences on paper, and much more.

Everyone has a story to tell. So, what’s yours? Learn ways to recount the tale only you can tell. Knock the ninth-grade English teacher with the bloody red pen off your shoulder and know that the only way to do this wrong is to not do it at all!

This workshop is open to everyone. Registration is $35 and includes a copy of
my multi-award-winning book, Eating an Elephant: Write Your Life One Bite at a Time.
Invite your friends and family for this fun and lively workshop.

For more information or to register, contact The Book Loft, 904-261-8991, or email
the mat [email protected].

Let me help you take the next step toward starting and finishing your life story.
