The Nassau Community Band is proud to again play at our local Memorial United Methodist Church in support of their ‘Concert for a Cause’ series. This year, they are fundraising to help ‘Branches’, whose goal is to improve the lives of troubled, impoverished, and at-risk youth.
Please join Director Dr. Marc Dickman, as he leads a roster of over 40 local musicians of all ages. The Nassau Community Band is recognized for a repertoire of classics, marches, pop, marches, movie medleys and the unexpected.
The Nassau Community Band ‘Concert for a Cause’ is Sunday, April 28, at 7:00 p.m. in Maxwell Hall, the meeting area of the Memorial United Methodist Church on Centre Street. The concert will begin with a few short selections from the Nassau Community Jazz Band.
