Selling Homes to help the Homeless

FERNANDINA BEACH, FL (December 16, 2019) – Palm III Realty, Inc, at their annual Christmas Party, proudly announced the following contributions:

$6,000 to the Day Drop Center, Coalition for the Homeless, http://www.clicked.com/coalition/;

$3,000 to Gracie’s Kitchen, Coalition for the Homeless, http://www.clicked.com/coalition/;

$1,000 to Sharing Hope & Reaching People, https://www.facebook.com/Sharing-Hope-And-Reaching-People-111437076913513/

$3,250 to Trinity Rescue Mission, Jacksonville, https://trinityrescue.org/

Palm III Realty once again in 2019 are paying it forward with contributions of $13,250 to local charities. More than $135,000 has been donated since 2013 when this program began.

“We believe we are truly blessed and that those blessings are meant to be shared with those less fortunate” said Carlene McDuffie, Broker. “Our small but mighty team ask that when you or your friends think of buying or selling real estate, remember that Palm III Realty gives back to our community.”

With each home sold through Palm III Realty, a $25 donation is received from the agent. Palm III Realty then matches the annual total for local outreach programs. This year Palm III Property Management jumped on board with their donation of $3,250 to Trinity Rescue Mission in Jacksonville. This fund was to provide beds for the homeless.
