Field Trip Thursday January 23, 2020 4:00 p.m. starting at North Beach Access
Attention Birders of Nassau County! This Thursday we have a field trip for birders that like to sleep late that will start at 4pm at the North Beach Access off North Fletcher Avenue. We will walk the beach to the area where the old pier was located at Ft. Clinch and then return. Bring binoculars and dress for weather in case of rain showers. If the weather is too rainy we will reschedule to Thursday February 6, 2020. See you then.
On a trip with Duval Audubon at Huguenot Memorial Park, we observed over 50 species with continued rarities such as the Surf Scoter and Purple Sandpiper.
