Happy New Year to all of you as we look for birds in 2019. The Nassau County Bird Club’s next field trip will be at Ft. Clinch Saturday Jan. 12th at 9:00 am.
We will meet at the Fort Clinch beach parking area and start between low and high tide. Cathy Ryckman and I checked out the beach area yesterday where we observed several species of Terns and Gulls. Warblers were active in the early morning on the walkway headed to the beach.
Please join us on the 12th where we will sort through the large number of birds on the beach and ocean. Please call with any questions.
