Nassau Council on Aging welcomes Jax Speech and Hearing Center representative to Hearing Loss Support Group – January 7

The next meeting of Nassau County Council on Aging’s (NCCOA’s) Hearing Loss Support Group is Tues., January 7, at 1 p.m., 1901 Island Walk Way, Fernandina Beach. Chandra Manning, Jacksonville Speech & Hearing Center, will provide information on the following: how the ear works, types of hearing loss, what is tinnitus, links between hearing loss and other health issues, hearing loss and treatment options, hearing aid expectations, and communication strategies for you and your loved ones. Attendees will also learn more about Jacksonville Speech & Hearing Center, its programs and services.
