Nassau Community Band issues revised performance schedule

The Nassau Community Band announces the start of their 15th season! Led by our esteemed conductor, Dr. Marc Dickman, the band meets every Thursday from 6-7:30 p.m. in the Yulee Middle School, located at 85439 Miner Road in Yulee. We are looking for woodwind, brass, and percussion musicians so please consider joining us for a fun-filled concert season.

Our Fall 2018 Concert Season features the following events (updated 9/30/18):

October 6th: Peg Leg Pete’s 40th Birthday Celebration in Historic Downtown Fernandina Beach. The celebration begins at 1:00; the NCB is schedule to perform from around 1:15-3:00.

October 13th: Fernandina Beach Airport Terminal Grand Opening. The opening is scheduled from 11:00 a.m. – 2:00 p.m.

October 27th: St. Michael Catholic Church Annual Trunk or Treat and Fall Festival; after 6:00 p.m.

November 24th: Fernandina Beach Christmas Tree Lighting
December 6th: Savannah Grand Christmas Concert
December 9th: Dickens on Centre Christmas Concert

Regardless of the venue, all of our concerts are free and open to the public. Donations are always appreciated.
