Editor’s Note:  On January 24, we received an email from Alexandra Reed Lajoux candidate for Fernandina Beach City Commission, requesting a correction to her press release.  According to Lajoux, “Unfortunately, the press release [prepared by advisor], which I approved in haste, stated that I “served on President Trump’s Inauguration Committee,” which is not the case.  I served the committee as a volunteer, but I did not serve on the committee. That would be resume inflation on my part, to say the least.”  We will make the correction to clarify.
