Fernandina Beach Police Department Press Release

The Fernandina Beach Police Department conducted a narcotics operation on January 16th, assisted by the Nassau County Sheriff’s Office, which resulted in the dismantling of a drug distribution house located at 619 South 10th Street in Fernandina Beach. Members of City’s Special Enforcement Unit and the County’s Narcotics Unit executed a search warrant after a prolonged investigation into persons and activity in the area of the residence.
Four of the five subjects located within the residence were arrested on various charges. Three guns, cocaine, marijuana, and drug paraphernalia were recovered from within the residence and from a vehicle located on the property.
Guss Holcey, Delano Miller, Shannen Roberts, and William Vent were taken into custody at the scene and are now facing a variety of narcotics related charges. Vent was released at the scene on a Notice to Appear in Court, while a fifth subject, Steve Williams, is being sought on outstanding cocaine charges.
