Follow the colorfully painted stairs up to the Blue Door Artist Gallery this weekend! Dickens on Center will stretch all the way up to our gallery with lots of holiday ideas for your delight.
The Blue Door Artists Gallery is located on Center Street, next door to the Coffee Shop. We have a verity of paintings, pottery, jewelry, hand crafted baskets and ornaments, card, scarves, and hand painted wine glasses.
Don’t spend all your time wondering the streets during Dickens on Center. Go into some of the local shops and visit with the people that live here. Come to the Blue Door and have some holiday cookies and cider. We will tell you all about our wonderful town while you rest and look at the beautiful local art of Fernandina.
One local artist is Jane Hedgecock. She has woven baskets for 35 years. She has mastered the lost American craft. Come and see some of her magnificent works.
