Barnabas holds Community Open House to celebrate opening of West Nassau Service Center

Barnabas Center held a community open house at First United Methodist Church, Callahan in honor of opening its service center to help people in need in west Nassau County. The open house included a luncheon and a tour of the new office.
Attendees of the open house included members of Barnabas West Nassau Advisory Council, Barnabas board and staff and Barnabas volunteers, community and business partnership leaders, and members of the First United Methodist Church of Callahan.

The service center officially reopened on February 3rd to serve residents in west Nassau County. The new office is located at the First United Methodist Church, Callahan (449644 US Highway 301, Callahan). Barnabas extends its thanks to First Methodist Church for its partnership in supporting its community.

• Medical Services
• Assistance with Food Stamp applications
• Emergency financial assistance for rent or utilities
• Enrollment for medical and dental services
