Many residents have inquired about Rezoning Application R20-002, filed by OMNI Amelia Island, LLC, and Rogers Towers, P.A. The proposed application was to rezone 1.72 acres of land between the OMNI Amelia Island Resort and Captain’s Court Condominiums from Residential General 2 to Recreation and Open Space. Please be advised that the applicants have withdrawn their application.
