We decided to run Stephen’s “Train Art” photo in honor of the upcoming railroad track improvement scheduled for April. The expectation is that access to and from the waterfront will be improved for all. Thank you Stephen for your photo contribution, and thank you Jennifer Niles and Tony Crawford for pressing this much needed fix forward.
Editor’s Note: Stephen is a regular island snow bird hailing from Syracuse, New York. He retired after 35 years as a primary care pediatrician and is currently a Clinical Professor of Pediatrics at the SUNY Upstate Medical University in Syracuse.
