If you want to meet the 2014 Amelia Island Book Festival’s headliner David Baldacci at a bargain price, February 1 is the deadline. On Friday, February 21, Baldacci will discuss his books, life and being a writer at the Festival’s Writers Workshop.
Florida State College’s Betty P. Cook Nassau Center is the site of the workshop. It is located at 76346 William Burgess Blvd., in Yulee. Baldacci’s presentation begins at 2:30pm and there is limited seating. The pricing is:
Member $25 Nonmember $35
After February 1, 2014 all tickets are $45.
Book signing for attendees will follow his presentation.
Member Reception with David Baldacci Festival supporters who have purchased membership at the Bestselling level and greater are invited to meet David Baldacci along with other headliner book festival authors at an exclusive reception on the Amelia Island Plantation Friday night.
This intimate gathering is from 5:30pm to 7:30pm and includes light refreshments. It is restricted to Festival members at a price of $75 per person or $100 for two people.
After February 1, 2014, only individual tickets at $85 will be sold.
Book signing will be arranged in advance.

Baldacci is one of my favorite authors. Only recently realized the TV series King & Maxwell was based on characters that he created in some of his books. What a great event to have him part of the AI Book Festival.
