Amelia Community Theatre is a volunteer-based nonprofit organization in our 38th season, and we are always looking for new faces and talents to be a part of our theatre family.

There are volunteer opportunities for every interest area and experience level. Whether you’re completely new to theatre, have tons of experience, or are somewhere in between, there is a place for you. Some examples of things our volunteers do include: ushering, serving in the beverage bar, working backstage during performances with costumes or props, running lights or sound for shows, building and painting the set, and more.

The greatest thing about volunteering at ACT is that our volunteers build lifelong friendships and become like a family to each other. If you are looking for a community, want to try something new, get out of your comfort zone, or any combination thereof, ACT is the place to be.

Please visit www.ameliacommunitytheatre.org/volunteer/, email [email protected], or call 904-261-7442 for more information. We are located at 207 Cedar St in Historic Downtown Fernandina Beach.
