Graduation rates for Florida School Districts were released last week. Nassau County School District’s graduation rate for the 2016-17 school year is 90.9%, which ranks second highest in the state. By comparison, Florida’s graduation rate is 82.3%. The School District’s goal continues to be a graduation rate of 100%. We are working daily to improve and increase opportunities for students to successfully complete their k-12 education in our district. Vocational training opportunities, career shadowing, improved counseling services, remediation, active engagement and relationships will assist us in meeting the needs of every student. We continue to work every day for the success of students and the improvement of our schools.
