70 new cases of CoViD-19 among Nassau residents were reported over the past week.
126 Nassau residents have died as a result of CoViD-19.

Only 30,728 of Nassau’s estimated 94,000 residents have been vaccinated against the SARS-CoV-2 virus. Thankfully, almost 80% of our residents over age 65 have been vaccinated.
Keep washing your hands and avoiding crowds or close contact with non-household members.

Stay home when you’re sick.

That statement by EM is clearly not accurate. Infection rates are dropping rapidly, as vaccinations increase.
