Facing the Holidays While Grieving? Here’s Hope

Community Hospice & Palliative Care is offering  Hope for the Holidays, a workshop that will help attendees learn ways to cope with grief during the holiday season. The workshop will be Nov. 15, 1-2 p.m., at the Nassau County Council on Aging, 1901 Island Walk Way in Fernandina Beach.

The program will help attendees determine what is right for them and their families and refocus energy on positive activities that honor and remember their loved ones. They will leave with a renewed sense of hope for the upcoming season.

Hope for the Holidays is open to the public. There  is no charge to attend, but attendees should RSVP at https://Hope_for_the_Holidays2022.eventbrite.com  or call 904-407-7001 or toll free 800-274-6614 ext. 7001.

Two days later, on Nov. 17 from 12-1 p.m., the program will be offered online, and attendees for that one also should register at the above link or by calling.
