Starting Point Behavioral Healthcare offers a free service to help uninsured individuals get affordable and comprehensive healthcare coverage. This service is available year-round but ramps up around the open enrollment period, which starts Nov. 1, and ends Jan. 15, 2023. Consumers who opt for coverage by Dec. 15 will be insured by Jan 1, 2023.
