Lee celebrates 20 years with Fernandina Beach Police Department

This is Sergeant Chad Lee. This week Sergeant Lee is celebrating 20 years with the Fernandina Beach Police Department. Prior to coming to the FBPD, Sergeant Lee was a police officer in Brunswick, Georgia and a Deputy with the Nassau County Sheriff’s Office.

In his 20 years with the FBPD, Sergeant Lee has served in both Patrol and Investigations. He is currently assigned to the Support Services Bureau where he is the agency’s training coordinator. His collateral duties include recruitment, background investigations, building maintenance and about a dozen other things that keep the police department running.

Chad, we are glad to have you as a member of the FBPD and here’s to hoping for many more years ahead.
