Welcome Crystal Turner to the City’s Code Enforcement team! Crystal was born and raised in Fernandina. She has a background in administration and business management. Crystal is engaged to be married in April of next year. Crystal is excited to work for the City alongside Michelle and Chip and we are happy to have her.
