The Wild Amelia Junior Naturalist Program, in partnership with Amelia Tree Conservancy and Compassionate Fernandina, presented the program “Trees and Compassion” at Story and Song Bookstore Bistro as an Arbor Day celebration. Diana Herman entertained with a reading of “The Lorax” before Munsell McPhillips spoke. Children’s artwork and photographs were on display; Nicholas Ackerson is shown holding his photo.
