Speaker: Pep Fuller will speak on “Changing Climate and the Need for Canopy Preservation.”
Mr. Fuller is a Retired Federal Senior Executive with a career that included the Marine Corps, State Department, US Trade Representative’s Office, Executive Office of the President under Presidents Ronald Reagan and George Herbert Walker Bush and Environmental Protection Agency. He was the principal EPA negotiator for two environmental treaties controlling hazardous chemicals and represented the EPA during negotiations for the creation of the World Trade Organization and NAFTA.
