On July 1, 2016 at approximately 8:00am, members of the Nassau County Sheriff’s Office and the Fernandina Beach Police Department served a search warrant pursuant to a narcotics investigation at 1016 South 11th Street in Fernandina Beach. Initial entry and containment of the scene was carried out by the Nassau County Sheriff’s Office Special Response Team.
Upon entering the home, deputies and officers found two adult males, one adult female, an infant and a small child. Cocaine was located within the residence. The early results of the investigation have led to three arrests and the involvement of the Department of Children and Family Services.
