On April 28 at 6:00 p.m., the 53rd annual Shrimp Festival parade will take place on Centre Street Fernandina. Parade participants will be judged on their ability to execute the “Celebration of All American Shrimp” theme. Awards will be given to commercial, non-profit or civic organizations, walking groups, band or preforming groups, vintage or unique vehicles, and a bonus award for special effects.
