Nassau Health Foods hosted a “Friendsgiving” feast on November 8, which raised $1,530 to benefit Barnabas Center.
The owners of Nassau Health Foods, Buster and Kim Beaton, sponsored this holiday dinner event that served approximately 150 guests. The Nassau Health Foods staff donated their time and talents to organize the event and serve the delicious meal prepared by Chef Mike Cornelissen that included all-natural turkey, ham and vegan entrées, delicious side dishes, a dessert ‘Pie-Bar’, wine samples, beverages and live music.
