If you’re curious about the increase in the number of unhoused people in our county and what is being done, learn more about what the nonprofit Coalition for the Homeless is doing.
An open community meeting on Feb. 15 at the Fernandina Beach Golf Club, 2800 Melton Rd., will give attendees a chance to learn about the coalition’s cold night shelter, its mobile unit and its other programs.
The program will be 6-7 p.m., and all are welcome to attend.
