Jim B. Higginbotham, who is running for City Commissioner Group 4, wants to bring a new perspective to city government with end result of LESS government. A former County Commissioner and Public Works Director for Fernandina Beach for 25 years, he has a lifetime of knowledge that will serve him well if elected. “It is good to see a new City Manager coming in. Looking forward to discussions for beautification of Eighth Street thru State assistance and tax incentives. The moving of City Hall to the old Post Office is part of my vision. Raising taxes is not a solution, downsizing is. Working with County and other forms of government as a partnership is essential. Harbor Marina is high on my list for completion.” ASKING FOR YOUR VOTE & SUPPORT ON NOVEMBER 3, 2015.

Jim, few in our community have given so much over so many years to make Nassau County and Fernandina Beach better. Thanks for again being willing to step up and offer your wise judgment and competent leadership. If you are elected to serve on the City Commission….we all win.
