The Fernandina Beach Fire Department, Fernandina Beach Police Department, Nassau County Sheriff’s Office, and Nassau County Fire-Rescue will face off in the 4th Annual Guns & Hoses Softball Tournament, to benefit the Muscular Dystrophy Association.

On December 8th, 2018, the Fernandina Beach Fire Department, Fernandina Beach Police Department, Nassau County Sheriff’s Office, and Nassau County Fire-Rescue will face off in the 4th Annual Guns & Hoses Softball Tournament, to benefit the Muscular Dystrophy Association! Food trucks, bounce houses, & all kinds of emergency vehicles will be on site at the Ybor Alvarez Sports Complex from 9:00AM to 4:00PM.

TraumaOne’s helicopter landing will also take place prior to the first game. Games will take place at 10:00AM, 11:30AM, 1:00PM, and 2:30PM, with a home run derby, team mascot races, and chances to win Jacksonville Jumbo Shrimp tickets in between! Entry for adults is just $5.00, and kids under the age of 12 are free!

We hope that this event will assist the Muscular Dystrophy Association in their goal to free families from the life-threatening effects of muscle-debilitating diseases. Event sponsors include Florida Public Utilities, Matovina & Company, CBC National Bank, Liberty Ambulance Services, & more.
