Adkins - Wise
Candidate for Nassau County Superintendent of Schools Janet Adkins (L), Stephen Wise (R).

“It is a great honor to ENDORSE my friend JANET ADKINS to become the next SUPERINTENDENT of SCHOOLS for Nassau County. I have represented Nassau County as a State Senator for many years and as an administrator at Florida State College worked to bring the Betty Cook Campus to Yulee and I understand the values of Nassau County.

As Chair of the Senate Education Committee I was blessed with the opportunity to work with JANET ADKINS on important legislation to help improve funding for auditory oral programs, banned synthetic marijuana, protecting property rights of dock owners and improved adoption laws. Let me tell you no one worked harder and was more focused on student success than JANET ADKINS.

JANET ADKINS is the only true conservative in the race for Superintendent of Schools. She is supported by respected conservatives like John Stemberger from the Florida Family Action and former Sheriff Ray Geiger, Ronnie Doughtry and former Attorney General Bill McCollum. Each of us know JANET ADKINS is a true conservative and will protect our children from Obama’s transgender bathroom mandate and Common Core Curriculum.

It is time for conservatives to take a stand and join together to support a return of family values to our schools. I would like to encourage all my friends in Nassau County to go to www.janetadkins.com and pledge support for the real conservative JANET ADKINS. I BELIEVE IN OUR PUBLIC SCHOOLS and I know that Janet Adkins can get results!”

– Former State Senator Stephen R. Wise Ed.D

Why are all the politicians endorsing Janet “formers”? Could it be that those currently holding office are on to her dirty politics?

Is Retired Senator Wise, Living in Nassau County, How many Grandchildren does the Old Senator have in Nassau County Schools.? What does this Endorsement mean to me in my decision making process.? What I just read was Forget about Qualification to Educate the next Generation of Children in Nassau County “Janet Adkins is a True Conservative” Nothing else Matters, Everyone of her Endorsements, is the same tired Message. Politics has no place in the School Yard, Neither does Ms. Adkins.

He had me at “protecting property rights of dock owners.”

I have to agree with Kent Piatt. What do any of the examples have to do with education. Michael Jordan was perhaps the greatest baseball player of all time. But even he couldn’t transition to baseball.

And once again we have the conservative, family values argument. How many times are Adkins and her absentee surrogates going to blow this dog whistle? I am a mentor for Take Stock in Children and probably have spent more time in Nassau County schools than Adkins has. And my experience is watching school children in a caring environment where they are encouraged to respectful and helpful to their teachers and classmates.

Please pardon my typos. When subjected to this level of BS my fingers started getting ahead of my thoughts.

Aaron Bean’s endorsement of Dr. Kathy Burns means so much more to me than the endorsement of a 100 “formers”.
