Learn to cook fire-safe with us at the Nassau County Council on Aging! Fernandina Beach Firefighters will be at 1901 Island Walkway on July 31st to guide local home chefs through making shrimp & corn chowder and cheesy jalapeno cornbread. They’ll also cover important kitchen fire safety topics. Remember – cooking fires are the number one cause of home fires & home fire injuries!
This will be a fun event for lifelong learners, families with older kids, or anyone who just likes good food! Price is $10.00 for members, $15.00 for non-members of the NCCOA. Space is limited, so call us at (904)310-3153 to sign up today!
