An early morning accident on Nassau County’s Peter’s Point Beach Access resulted in serious injuries to at least three individuals according to a witness who arrived on the accident scene at approximately 5:30 a.m. The witness said numerous county emergency vehicles responded.
Reports (not confirmed) are that two victims were taken to Shands Hospital and one to Baptist Nassau. According to the witness, officers estimated speed in excess of 60MPH* (Although witness reported the 60 mph speed, a police report received later estimated the speed at 25 mph) causing the vehicle to go airborne for almost 18 yards.
They speed every single morning, especially from 2 am until sunrise.
Praying for all involved.
