November 19, 2020 (Jacksonville, Fla.) – On Thursday, Dec. 3, 2020 from 5:45 p.m. to 7 p.m., the annual Tree of Life and Candlelight Service of Remembrance will honor the memory of the loved ones that have been lost in a beautiful, inspiring program of music, verse, and reflection. Due to the impact of COVID-19, a virtual experience has been planned for this beloved community event.
As part of the program, names and photos of loved ones will be featured before and after the virtual service. The Hadlow and Chapman campuses will be illuminated with lights representing each patient served by Community Hospice since 1979 and all Community Hospice & Palliative Care offices will have evergreen trees decorated in white ribbons personalized with the names of loved ones.
You can participate in this event by attending virtually, mailing or emailing a photo of your loved one to be included in the presentation, or purchase a ribbon or gift that will commemorate your loved ones as a part of this special event and help support quality, compassionate care of the 1,600 individuals we help guide each day.
