The Amelia Island Museum of History invites you to its next Brown Bag Lunch on Wednesday, July 6th at noon. Special guest Dennis Juds will present – Booze, Billiards and Bolts: a day at the Museum with a volunteer archivist where things rarely go in a straight line. Dennis will discuss the museum’s eclectic and unique collection. In one day, an archivist at AIMH might go from cataloging a Victorian bathing suit, to working with a double barrel black powder shotgun from the 1700s. In a collection where antique typewriters and an Edison Phonograph rest inches away from prehistoric fossils, you never know what you’re going to find.

This program is free and open to the public. Seating is first-come/first-served. For more information contact Gray at 261-7378 ext 102, or [email protected]. Amelia Island Museum of History 233 S. 3rd St.
