“We are thrilled to be working with Sea Breeze Food Service and creating a partnership that benefits both of us,” said Anita Comisky, president of Amelia Toffee Company. “As we look to increase our market share beyond the Jacksonville, Florida region and have a greater presence in Northeast Florida and Southeast Georgia, the partnership is a great fit. Since launching just over a year ago, Amelia Toffee Company has found success in regional retail partnerships including the Ritz-Carlton, Amelia Island, Omni Amelia Island Plantation and the Paradies Shops, Inc., with a presence in the Jacksonville International and Sarasota airports.

About Amelia Toffee Company

Amelia Toffee Company was started in owner Anita Comisky’s kitchen when she took her grandmother and namesake’s recipe and began to infuse ingredients such as bourbon, rum, beer and other liquors. Each batch of toffee is handcrafted and pieces are carefully selected to ensure toffee lovers receive the highest quality product. To create their Amelia Toffee Coffee flavor, Amelia Toffee Company tapped Jacksonville, Florida-based Martin Coffee Company to create a cold brew coffee formulated especially for the toffee. Comisky spent several years living in Denver, Colorado where she became a fan of Great Divide Brewing’s iconic Yeti Imperial Stout, which gives Amelia Company’s On Tap toffee its rich flavor. Fans of St. Augustine Distillery’s rum can find it in Amelia Toffee’s rum-flavored toffee. Grand Marnier is used to create Ghost of Amelia, which is topped with a hint of ghost peppers. Seasonal flavors include Pumpkin Toffee, made with a spiced pumpkin ale and Snow Mint, a winter favorite.
