Amelia Rental & Management Services joins leading vacation rental management platform

Media Release
January 21, 2022

Amelia Rental & Management Services is joining Vacasa, North America’s leading vacation rental management platform, in a deal that substantially grows Vacasa’s inventory of homes on North Florida’s Amelia Island. Vacasa currently cares for more than 35,000 vacation homes across 400+ top destinations in the U.S., Mexico, Canada, Costa Rica and Belize.

The vacation rentals are already available to book on Vacasa.com and are primarily oceanfront condos and homes on the South end, with a majority located within the popular Amelia Island Plantation. The area’s pristine beaches, resort golf courses and abundant wildlife and state parks make it an ideal destination for families, groups and solo travelers alike.

Trent Maddox, the owner of Amelia Rental & Management Services who purchased the family-run business from his mother more than 20 years ago, is joining Vacasa in a sales and growth management role. Vacasa is also retaining the company’s Fernandina Beach office.

For more information on the area and vacation rentals now available to book, visit www.vacasa.com/usa/Amelia-Island/.

Please, stop publishing these advertisements for commercial businesses! I understand a few people might be interested in the businesses, but it’s not news, not reliable information, and not pertinent to 98% of the readers. Thanks.

Or, wait a minute, are you getting paid to publish these? Does this help with your publishing costs? If so, full disclosure is in order.

I’m not happy about this. In the last few years I have been solicited by mail from this company. We don’t want them here and you should not be advertising this company, Trent and his company were all over my neighborhood and they are not owner friendly. I cannot begin to count how many horrible incidents have happened with renters in the past years. Stay home, you have no manners.
