Editor’s Note: Walter Milton is a retired neuro-radiologist who grew up in Malibu, California. He and his wife Meg became permanent residents of Amelia Island in 2005. Prior to his medical studies, Walter studied meteorology. He serves his homeowners association as a board member and in his spare time enjoys martial arts.
