Editor’s Note: Dotty and her family moved to Fernandina Beach from New Jersey in 1996. She enjoys taking pictures of the beach, lighthouses, nature and wildlife. When traveling the east coast, she visited as many lighthouses as possible. Dotty believes it is a privilege to live in our Amelia Island paradise. Approximately 25 photographers arrived at the Amelia Island Lighthouse to capture early morning images. Scott Moore organizes the Amelia Island area photo walks and welcomes all those interested in photography to participate.
