Editor’s Note” Rich and his wife moved to Fernandina Beach from Colorado in late 2013. He’s counted nature photography as one of his hobbies for the past 20 years, and is now enjoying the challenge of composing photographs that
don’t include mountains or aspens. Rich is an environmental engineer with
