Anita Lay, Registrar of the Amelia Island Chapter Daughters of the American Revolution, strands on the right to congratulate Judy Whitter Frey on becoming the 200th member of the Amelia Island Chapter Daughters of the American Revolution. Mrs. Frey is a graduate of Jacksonville University and the university’s Executive Master of Business Administration. She was a business owner for most of her working life in Jacksonville and still found time to devote many hours to community service there. She is a welcome addition to the Amelia Island Chapter, which contributes over 5,000 volunteer hours in the community each year, as well as $4,000 in scholarships and awards to Nassau County middle and high school students.
