1000 Degrees Neapolitan Pizza, a fast-casual American spin on authentic, hand-tossed Neapolitan pizza has announced the Grand Opening of its Fernandina Beach location on August 3, 2017. The new restaurant is located at 1480 Sadler Rd. Fernandina Beach, Florida 32034. To celebrate, the first 10 guests through the doors during the grand opening event at 11 a.m. will receive free pizza for a year (1 free pizza each week excluding gluten-free crust). In addition, all guests who visit the grand opening between 11 a.m. and 7 p.m. will receive a FREE 10” pizza of their choice (excludes gluten-free pizza crust).
Brothers Anil and Prakash Patel who are locally in the hospitality industry expanded by signing to open nine 1000 Degrees Neapolitan Pizza locations in the Northeast Florida area, including Gainesville FL. The Fernandina Beach location is the first to come online and will be operated by Prakash Patel. Other locations coming soon will be Gainesville, Southside, Jacksonville Beach and Mandarin. In the North Florida region, there is already one location open in Lake City, Florida along with three other Florida locations. In addition, 1000 Degrees plans to open eight more locations throughout Florida by the end of the year.
All the Northeast Florida 1000 Degrees locations will offer a unique self-serve craft beer and wine tap wall in addition to oven baked wings with a variety of sauces, fresh salads, cheese breads and personalized, made-to-order authentic Neapolitan pizza. Each pizza starts with fresh, never frozen, hand-stretched dough, created with authentic Neapolitan “00” flour in 10”and 14” sizes and new Roman style. Guests then choose to create their own pizza, choosing from more than 50 high quality cheeses, sauces, meats, vegetables and other toppings, or order one of the 1000 Degrees Favorites. Pizzas are fired to perfection at 1,000 degrees in a custom, handmade, Neapolitan brick oven in just two minutes.
