Editor’s Note:  Foar From Home, a group of four local veterans taking part in the Talisker Whisky Atlantic Challenge continue to row their way across the Atlantic Ocean. On their 29th day at sea, Hupp Huppmann, one of the four rowers, said the veterans are experiencing  ‘beautiful but slower conditions.  Doing our best.  Everyone is tired but excited the numbers are getting smaller on this side of the hill.”
For our readers who have not viewed an excellent  video by Hupp Huppmann, “Navigation Walkthrough on Courageous,” it is available below.
A huge shout out to the team of Billy Cimino, Cameron Hansen, Hupp Huppmann, and Paul Lore,  They are undertaking an amazing feat to raise awareness for PTSD and Veteran Suicide. To support their efforts click here.

It’s so inspiring to see this video . . . we all are so proud of the Foar and this brings the experience down to Earth. I am awed by this real-life story of challenge and courage. Thank you Fernandina Observer for bringing us all into the loop!!

I continue to be amazed by the fortitude of these guys and only wish them the best. Fair winds and following seas!
