4/11/20 @ 1:15 p.m. – As of today, Nassau County’s Census Response Rate is 45%. We need everyone counted to increase our ability to obtain federal and state funding for schools, businesses, senior centers, hospitals, transportation projects, local non profits and more!

If you haven’t yet responded, it’s not too late. You can fill out the questionnaire you received in the mail, or you can respond by visiting the Census website.

All responses are confidential which means that you can feel assured that your answers are only going to be used to produce statistics. In fact, every Census employee is required to take an oath to protect your personal information and failing to do so is a punishable offense of up to $250,000 and/or 5 years in prison. Catherine, if you replied to their online questionnaire, you won’t get a paper form. If you have received neither, follow the links to the Census site where information should be available. See: https://fernandinaobserver.com/featured-story/delivery-of-2020-census-paper-questionnaires-begins/
