Florida Department of Health Updates New COVID-19 Cases, Announces Fifteen Deaths Related to COVID-19
~35,158 positive cases in Florida residents and 920 positive cases in non-Florida residents~

More than 14,300 test results were reported to the Department of Health on Saturday, May 2. Today, as of 11 a.m., there are 615 new positive COVID-19 cases (603 Florida residents and 12 non-Florida residents) and fifteen deaths related to COVID-19.
While Florida’s testing has increased over the past week, the percent of those testing positive for COVID-19 overall is 8 percent. On May 2, 8 percent of new cases** tested positive.
The Florida Department of Health also releases a list of long-term care facilities in Florida associated with COVID-19 cases with active cases and number of deaths in each facility in order to provide real-time data. To date, 485 individuals that were staff or residents of a long-term care facility have died.
There are a total of 36,078 Florida cases** with 1,379 deaths related to COVID-19.
Since 11 a.m. on May 2, fifteen people have died who tested positive for COVID-19 in Broward, Dade, Duval, Hillsborough, Lee, Leon, Palm Beach and Volusia counties.”
Nassau County Emergency Management: As of 11:00 am, May 3, 2020, FDOH Nassau has received one new case with positive COVID-19 testing in Nassau residents. The case is a 33 year-old male with no known contact to a confirmed case and with no known travel-related exposure. The Health Department is conducting case investigation and contact tracing on this case. The individual will remain in isolation until released by public health. This brings the total case count to date to fifty-nine(57 residents & 2 non-residents) for Nassau County. As of this date, 40 individuals have been released from isolation.

Am I the only one who noticed that the numbers have not changed in two days? And then we learn that “Governor deSanitize the data” does not allow county medical examiners to report cases directly to the public. The information must first go to the FL Department of Health which is the only body that can verify cases and deaths. As former Navy Seal Malcolm Nance always says, “Coincidences take a lot of planning.” Is it a coincidence that centralization of reporting of COVID19 by deSantis appointees began the same day the state lifted the lock-down?
