At their August 21, 2018 Regular Meeting, the Fernandina Beach City Commission will consider on First Reading Ordinance 2018-21, which sets the fee structure for various city services for the upcoming fiscal year that begins October 1, 2018.

Due to internal city reorganization, some functions and related fees have relocated from Community Development and/or Building to Planning, Streets, or Business/Code Enforcement.

Commissioners may consider separately a resolution to dedicate fees arising from cases and applications to the Historic District Council to the Historic District Trust Fund, meaning that such revenue would be used for public enhancements within the local Historic Districts.
