Editor’s Note: The Fernandina Observer reached out to the Florida Department of Health after attempting to locate last week’s COVID-19 report. The response we received follows.
As of Friday, March 11, the Florida Department of Health moved to bi-weekly (every other week) reporting of COVID-19. The last published report is available on our website. The subsequent report will be available on March 25, 2022.
The bi-weekly reporting does not impact the Department’s uploads of daily COVID-19 data to the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC). These data will continue to be displayed on the CDC’s COVID Data Tracker.

He’s not hiding anything. Just not enough cases to warrant a weekly report……now it will be bi-weekly.
