16 trees were planted at the North 15th Street stormwater pond. Departments working together- Stormwater Director Andre Desilet consulted with City Arborist Dave Holley to cut damaged trees in order to build the pond and improve drainage in the area. Not wanting to take away from the environmental footprint, Dave returned to the site and planted 3 live oaks, 2 magnolias, 6 cypress, and 5 loquat trees.
